What Nanofox Pay stores and why.
What we store
Your name, email, optional phone number and a scrambled (hashed) password; your Paytm Business MID, UPI ID and payee name; and, for each payment, the amount, your order reference, status, Paytm and bank reference numbers and times.
What we don't store
We never see your customers' UPI PINs, bank accounts or card details — payments happen inside their UPI app. We don't ask for your Paytm password.
Why
To make QR codes, confirm payments with Paytm, tell your website about them (webhooks), show your payment history, and keep the service secure (for example, limiting wrong password tries).
Sharing
Order references and your MID are sent to Paytm to check payments. Payment details are sent to the webhook address you choose. We don't sell your data.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in. Your light / dark choice is saved in your own browser.
