Plain-language terms for using Nanofox Pay.
What the service does
Nanofox Pay creates UPI payment QR codes for your Paytm Business account and checks with Paytm whether each payment arrived. Customers pay your own UPI ID directly; Nanofox Pay never receives, holds or settles your money.
Your account
You are responsible for the Paytm Business details you enter, for keeping your password and API secret private, and for everything done with your account and API keys. Tell us at once if you think your keys were exposed, and make a new API secret from Paytm & API keys.
Plans
Plans are paid in advance for the period shown and start when the payment is confirmed. While a plan is active you can create payments through the API; when it ends, new payments pause until you renew.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful goods and services and in line with Paytm's and your bank's terms. Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.
Availability
Payment confirmation depends on Paytm's systems. We work to keep the service running, but cannot promise it will always be available or that Paytm will always answer. Always check a payment's status before giving value.
